株式会社五明 宿泊約款 Accommodation Agreement

第1条（適用範囲） Article 1 (Scope of Application)

本宿泊約款（以下「本約款」といいます。）は、株式会社五明（以下「当社」といいます。）が運営する宿泊施設（以下「当施設」といいます。）において、当社と宿泊客との間で締結される宿泊契約およびこれに関連する契約に適用されるものとします。また、本約款に定めのない事項については、法令または一般に確立された慣習に従うものとします。当社が宿泊客との間で本約款の内容に反しない特約を別途締結した場合は、その特約は本約款の規定に優先するものとします。

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Agreement”) shall apply to accommodation contracts and related agreements between Gomei Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the “Company”), which operates the lodging facility (hereinafter the “Facility”), and the Guest. Any matters not provided for in this Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations or generally accepted practices. In the event that the Company and the Guest have separately agreed to special terms that do not violate laws or customs, such special terms shall prevail over the provisions of this Agreement.

第2条（契約の成立） Article 2 (Formation of Contract)

宿泊契約の申込みを希望する方（以下「宿泊申込者」といいます。）は、当社の指定する方法（オンライン予約システム等）に従い、宿泊者の氏名、宿泊日及び到着予定時刻、宿泊人数、その他当社が必要と認める事項を当社に申告していただきます。宿泊契約は、当社が前記申込みを承諾し、必要な宿泊料金の支払いを確認のうえで宿泊申込者に予約確認通知を発した時点で成立するものとします。ただし、当社が申込みを承諾しない旨を通知した場合や、宿泊申込者が本約款に違反する行為を行った場合は、契約は成立しないものとします。

なお、宿泊予約が確定した時点で、本約款に同意したものとみなします。

Anyone wishing to apply for an accommodation agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”) must provide the Company with the name(s) of the guest(s), date of stay and expected time of arrival, number of guests, and any other information deemed necessary by the Company, in accordance with the method specified by the Company (such as the online reservation system).

The accommodation agreement shall be deemed concluded when the Company accepts the application and issues a reservation confirmation after confirming payment of the required accommodation fee.

However, if the Company notifies the Applicant that the application is not accepted, or if the Applicant commits any act in violation of these Terms and Conditions, the agreement shall not be deemed concluded.

By completing the reservation, the Applicant is deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

第3条（当社による契約の拒否・解除） Article 3 (Refusal or Termination by Company)

当社は、次のいずれかに該当する場合、宿泊契約の締結に応じないことがあります。また、宿泊契約成立後であっても、宿泊中に下記事由が判明した場合には契約を解除し、直ちに退去を求めることができるものとします。
